Stewart James Mullin is the CIO of the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) – the industry body that represents the wind energy sector worldwide. Stewart’s expertise is incredibly valuable to consolidate GWEC’s role as the authoritative voice of the global wind industry, to build our network of wind industry stakeholders across the world, and to further establish GWEC’s presence in key emerging markets. Stewart helps to drive the wind industry’s growth through strategic partnerships and engagement with the industry's key players, institutions and investors around the world. Prior to joining GWEC in early 2021, Stewart had spent the previous decade as a senior executive in the wind industry, where he held board positions at several major wind associations. He has worked for two of the world’s leading OEMs, namely Siemens Wind Power (2008-14) and MHI Vestas (2014-21). He joined MHI Vestas at the company’s inception (April 2014). As an integral member of the Chief Strategy Office, he has personally built the company’s brand, reputation and marketing strategy. He was promoted to the company’s executive management team, where he oversaw the company’s strategic relationships with governments, international institutions and trade associations. Stewart has spent the past seven years establishing offshore wind in emerging and next generation markets; expanding offshore wind’s impact in the green energy transition (Power2X); unlocking the potential of floating offshore wind; and advocating the transformational socioeconomic value offshore wind provides for communities across the globe. Before, she worked 7 years in investment banking in a Japanese Commercial Bank. Business manager offshore wind in Eemshaven. Eemshaven breathes offshore wind and has become one of the leading ports in the offshore wind industry around the North Sea. Since 2009 this northern Netherlands port plays an important role regarding assembly and shipping activities of wind turbines. Eemshaven is within close nautical distance to the wind farms in the German Bight (North Sea). Already 19 windfarms were partly launched from Eemshaven and 4 windfarms have their O&M activities organized from the port. At the moment Eemshaven serves as base port for the Gode Wind 3, Borkum Riffgrund 3 and He Dreiht offshore wind farms. Eemshaven offers both public and private quays, public and private jetties and there is still land which can be leased available. Before joining the port in 2005 Erik was dealing with logistics in containers, terminals and rail.

With vast experience and proven expertise in various areas, including government relations, congressional lobbying, political campaigns, regulations, stakeholder management, and risk management, he has been dedicating himself to promoting renewable energy in recent years. Before joining SRE Group in 2023, CC worked for Ørsted and was responsible for overall government relations, regulatory and market analyses, and stakeholder and NGO relation management in Taiwan. Prior to entering the green sector, he had worked for the European Economic and Trade Office (EETO, the EU’s de facto embassy in Taiwan) for nine years, leading the Policy, Press, and Information Section. During his time at the EETO, he actively promoted multilateral, inter-ministerial, and cross-field exchanges between the EU and Taiwan and built extensive networks. In addition, CC was also the director for former legislator Lin Cho-Shui’s parliamentary office, contributing to the cross-strait, defense, and constitutional affairs as well as relevant bills.
Daniel Runyan is the Senior Vice President Head of Offshore Wind at Invenergy leading the only American-led company currently developing a multi-project portfolio of offshore wind projects on both US coasts. He previously was leading development from the Netherlands and Japan over a 4 GW pipeline with Pattern Energy. He has financed and constructed over 1.5 GW of offshore and onshore wind projects since 2007. He has focused his 20+ year career on the electric power industry since graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
Grace is a skilled project manager and consultant in NIRAS with 10 years of experience in offshore wind projects across Taiwan, Japan and other countries. She closely supported the development of a total of over 1 GW of offshore wind farm capacity (now in operation/construction). Her experience includes offshore wind project development, owner’s engineering, management of design and OE work, support in EPC tendering, and consenting.

Stewart has spent the past seven years establishing offshore wind in emerging and next generation markets; expanding offshore wind’s impact in the green energy transition (Power2X); unlocking the potential of floating offshore wind; and advocating the transformational socioeconomic value offshore wind provides for communities across the globe. Since joining GWEC, he has begun to work with strategic commercial partnerships and programs.

Victoria Yang Winsløw has more than 10 years of experience working with renewable energy projects, including 7.5 years of experience in the offshore wind industry in Taiwan working across 5 projects in Ørsted and CIP's portfolio. Victoria's area of expertise is within commercial and asset management during the wind farm's development, construction and operations phase, e.g. bid preparations, offtake agreements, operational optimisation, divestment and JV partnerships. She has held a number of management positions in the project companies, including Operations CEO and JV Steering Committee member. In her current role as CEO Taiwan at LAUTEC Group, she is supporting clients in the successful execution of their projects.
